The Pomona Lake Ski Club aka The Rough Water Warriors is a show ski team from the eastern part of Kansas, about 1 hour south-west of Kansas City or 30 minutes south of Topeka.

In 2013 the club raised a large amount of money and was able to purchase 2 Sit Ski’s. A sit ski enables a person with a handicap to waterski in a safe and smile producing way. Each summer the club tries to hold 2-3 adaptive waterski clinics that are free to people with a disability and their families.
